Strategic planning workshops are customized to meet the specific goals and objectives of each organization. Workshops may include the use of personality inventories, consensus techniques, and group activities designed to meet pre-determined strategic outcomes.

Organizational retreats and leadership workshops can be arranged at various locations including worksite settings. Dr. Rosenberg’s farm can be reserved for retreats upon request and based upon seasonal availability. The farm is located 40 minutes from RTP and Chapel Hill and includes four acres of cottage gardens and walking paths providing a unique setting for personal reflection and group engagement.
